TRYING TO SELL STOLEN / SPURIOUS ARTICLES IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE, IF APPREHENDED YOU SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. TRYING TO SELL ARTICLES STOLEN/ FOUND & SELLING ON BEHALF OF FRIENDS, RELATIVES & OTHER THIRD PARTY/S IS PROHIBITED. A DECLARATION & INDEMNITY BOND SHALL BE DULY SIGNED IF REQUIRED TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR TRANSACTION. DGOLD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY TRANSACTION WITHOUT ANY REASONING.

  • A person with a state of mind of normal perception, behavior, & social interaction is eligible to transact.
  • Must be above 18 years of age. (Persons between the age of 18-23 years must have parents consent prior to transaction).
  • Must have an ID & Address proof for verification (Refer Mandatory Documents for more information).
  • Seller must provide enough proof to authenticate his/her ownership if purchase bill is unavailable.
  • Goods once sold to DGold will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Valuation at the time of transaction are final, No further enhancements will be allowed later.
  • Customers must check the cash received before leaving our office, No complaints will be entertained later.
  • In the case of A/c transfers the customer shall provide accurate information, DGold will not be responsible for in accurate details.
  • NEFT / RTGS transfers may credit the beneficiary on the same day by 06.30 pm or on the next working day.
  • Transfer can be done to any Resident Savings / Current, NRO or Loan accounts. (NRE Accounts transfers are not possible).
  • GST (Goods & Services tax) will be levied as applicable, Service charges & tax is applicable.
  • The Seller indemnifies DGold against any loss caused by his action even after the completion of transaction.
  • DGold reserves the right to reject any transaction without any reasoning.
  • Any Two Documents are mandatory  from the following: (PAN, Aadhar card, E Aadhar, Driver's licence, Work ID, Passport, Voters ID, Telephone / Electricity Bill, Registered Rental agreement, Gas connection bill, or any government certified document)
  • Telephone / Electricity / Gas connection bills produced as address proof must not be older than three months from transaction date.
  • Rental Agreement will not be considered if the lease period has expired.
  • Outstation Residents : on a temporary visit to Bangalore who do not have any Bangalore Address proof must provide details of your permanent address with proof & provide details of your stay & purpose of visit in Bangalore.
  • Foreign residents:  will have to submit your Passport & Visa documents and also provide details of your stay in Bangalore.
  • At DGold we save paper, please get the originals and no photocopy is required. You can also email the documents to helpdesk@dgold.in

A3. ESTIMATION IS PROVIDED FREE OF COST, BUT HOWEVER IF YOU ONLY REQUIRE A VALUATION AND DON'T WANT TO SELL THE JEWELS THEN VALUATION CHARGE IS RS 100/TEST & RS 200/TEST WITH A REPORT


Q4. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE VALUE OF A COMMODITY?

A4. WEIGHT OF COMMODITY (X) PURITY PERCENTAGE (X) BUYING RATE = VALUE (-) GST & SERVICE CHARGES = NET VALUE


Q5. WHAT ELSE WILL BE DEDUCTED?

A5. STONES , BEADS, ENAMEL & MELT CHARGES WEIGHT IF PRESENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR VALUATION.


Q6. WILL MY ORNAMENTS GET DAMAGED DUE TO TESTING?

A6. NO, YOUR ORNAMENTS WILL NOT GET DAMAGED IF A COMPUTER XREF TEST IS PERFORMED. HOWEVER IF WE FEEL THAT A MELT TEST IS REQUIRED THEN ON YOUR APPROVAL WE WILL BREAKDOWN THE ORNAMENT INTO PARTS AND MELT IT FOR TESTING.


Q7. HOW WILL I BE PAID ?

A7. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE BASED ON OUR COMPANY GUIDELINES EITHER BY CASH / NEFT / RTGS / DD / CHEQUE.


Q8. WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SELLING GOLD ORNAMENTS?

A8. YOU MUST PRODUCE 1 PHOTO ID & 1 ADDRESS PROOF OUT OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS I.E. DRIVING LICENSE, PASSPORT, RATION CARD, ELECTION ID, WORK ID, TELEPHONE BILL, MOBILE BILL, PROPERTY SALE DEED.


Q9. I AM NOT A RESIDENT OF BANGALORE CAN I SELL ORNAMENTS & WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ?

A9. YES, YOU CAN SELL YOUR ORNAMENTS BY PROVIDING 1 PHOTO ID & 1 (LOCAL) ADDRESS & 1 (NATIVE) ADDRESS PROOF.


Q10. ONCE SOLD CAN I BUY BACK MY ORNAMENTS LATER?

A10. NO, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUYBACK THE ORNAMENTS/ARTICLES UNLESS YOU HAVE OPTED FOR EMI SCHEME. (PLEASE DECIDE BEFORE TRANSACTING)


Q11. SOME GOLD BUYERS CHARGE LOW OR ZERO SERVICE WHY?

A11. MOST GOLD BUYERS WILL LOWER THE PERCENTAGE OF GOLD PURITY TO ADJUST THEIR CHARGES, AT DGOLD WE FOLLOW ETHICAL PROCEDURES AND SERVICE CHARGES ARE LEVIED SEPARATELY.


Q12. CAN I SELL GOLD / SILVER BELONGING OF MY RELATIVE, NEIGHBOR, FRIEND ?

A12. NO YOU CANNOT SELL ARTICLES WHICH DONT BELONGS TO YOU, IF IT BELONGS TO YOUR SPOUSE OR PARENTS PLEASE TAKE THEIR CONSENT.


Q12. I AM 18 TO 21 YEARS OLD CAN I SELL MY JEWELRY?

A12. IF YOU ARE AGED BETWEEN 18 TO 21 YEARS YOU HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IN ORDER TO TRANSACT. IN CASE THEY ARE UNABLE TO COME WE WILL NEED A WRITTEN PERMISSION AND ATTESTED ID PROOF. WE HAVE A STRICT NO MINORS POLICY AND WE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PERSONS AGED BELOW 18 YEARS.
